Dear Students (This email does not apply to first semester students),

Very few students have turned in this form. If you are requesting a TA in the spring we need to have your request using this form this week. We also need you to talk to your advisor and identify a funding source (account number) if you are going to be funded on an RA in Spring. We realize that using the form is a new process, but it is your responsibility to identify your funding for next semester. If your advisor is out of town, and you can't meet, then let me know that.

The School of Plant Sciences now has a form to request funding for each semester. Please see the attached form, meet with your advisor and indicate what you expect your funding to be for the next semester. If you are requesting a TA-ship, please indicate your preference of classes from the list on the form.
We would like to have all forms turned in to me by October 21.
