[Plsgs] Student-selected speaker for spring semester

Hello,

I hope this note finds you well.

We now have a list of nominated speakers to choose among for the
student-selected slot this upcoming spring semester. Thank you to those of
you that nominated speakers; I think we have a really nice list.

Please take the time to review the attached document that includes research
summaries and example publications for each of the nominated speakers, and
cast your votes for your top three choices using the anonymous survey here:

I realize that this is a busy time for all, and that seminars may not be on
the top of our list of priorities, however I feel this is a great
opportunity for us to bring some great science to the department that we
should take advantage of.
