[Plsgs] FW: GTA Workshop opportunity

The office of Career and Academic Services is happy to announce the third annual Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) workshop facilitated by the Bart Cardon Fellows for Teaching Excellence. This Workshop will emphasize teaching as a scholarly pursuit, and will help graduate students understand how these principals may help them in all aspects of their career.

The training will be on Friday September 9th from 11am-1:30pm in McClelland Park room 402. Lunch will be provided, and space is limited.

If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Georgina as soon as possible but no later than Monday Aug 29 and include a very brief summary of your TA experience. The workshop is aimed at first-time TAs but all are welcome, as space allows.
