Hi all,
Please read the message below about the new online form routing system for
Graduate College Forms. It is very important that you complete the
Confirmation of the Responsible Conduct of Research Policy as soon as
possible. You will not be allowed to route any forms until you complete that
step.
Best,
Georgina
GradPath - the new online Graduate College forms system
The Graduate College is introducing its new online degree certification
forms system, GradPath, which will be in use beginning Monday, October 1.
GradPath replaces the paper forms students were previously required to
submit (Plan of Study, etc.). You will now prepare and submit your Graduate
College forms in GradPath, which is built into UAccess. The forms will be
routed online for approval from faculty and the Graduate College.
Starting October 1, you will find your Graduate College forms by using the
link available in your UAccess Student Center - just pull down the "other
academic" menu in the Academics section and select "GradPath forms." (A
screen shot is attached to this message.) You will be sent to a page with
Graduate College information. To reach your forms, just click the "GradPath
Forms" button. On the forms page, you will see a "stack" of forms for your
degree or certificate.
Your first step in GradPath (for each degree/certificate) is to confirm you
are aware of the Responsible Conduct of Research policy. That form will
"self-approve," after which you can open and use the next form(s) available
in your sequence. The forms include instructions and should be
straightforward to use. You can also save a form to come back and complete
later.
Note that you do NOT need to repeat any steps you have already completed
with paper forms. You should be able to continue with the next step in
GradPath without re-doing a form you have already had approved.
GradPath should be easy and convenient to use. You will not have to bring
forms to faculty to get approval signatures, and you can always check which
forms you have completed and see what your next step is. If you have any
questions or issues regarding GradPath, please contact your department's
graduate coordinator or your degree auditor at the Graduate College
(http://grad.arizona.edu/academics/degree-certification/find-auditor).
Thank you!
