[Plsfaculty] SPLS Annual Performance Review (APR): reports are due Feb. 3, 2025

Dear colleagues,

It is time to commence reporting for our Annual Performance Review (APR). The deadline for submission of our annual reports to Faculty Portfolio is Feb. 3 at 11pm.

Please see additional details below. I know it will be a pleasure to see the many accomplishments of our faculty across SPLS. Thank you for preparing your report on time.

• Reports are submitted to Faculty Portfolio (https://facultyportfolio.arizona.edu/). Upon logging in, you should see an active link to 'Please enter your 2024 activities for Annual Review'. Please follow that link and enter your activities and CV.

• Associate Dean Jeannie McLain reminds us to please check sooner than later that you have access the reporting link, and to please check your lists of grants, instruction, and publications at your early opportunity. She often is contacted at the last minute with concerns, and would be grateful to know of any issues well before the reporting deadline.

• The review year runs from the Spring semester of 2024 through the Winter semester of 2024/2025. This effectively means calendar year 2024. For newest faculty who have not yet been with us for the full year, no problem - that is understood.

• Should you have questions, please reach out to your faculty mentors (newer faculty) and/or to Ramin Yadegari (APR Committee Chair). I also can assist you with any concerns you may have, and I can connect you with resources/information via Jeannie and the UA Faculty Affairs office as needed. I will ask Ramin to provide an email to faculty with any further information that may be needed to help you get started.
