[Plsfaculty] DRAC survey: Administrative burden

Hello everyone,


The initial discussions in CALES units and short surveys indicated that CALES faces an increased administrative burden for faculty and staff due to the financial crisis. The Dean’s Research Advisory Council (DRAC) is therefore conducting a more detailed survey of faculty and staff across CALES units to better understand how recent budget cuts, staffing reductions, and centralization efforts have impacted administrative workload across CALES. Your input will help to further document these changes and advocate for appropriate support. The survey will end on May 7.
