[Plsfaculty] DRAC input request to all research faculty

Hello everyone!

I share that I am enjoying to serve on Dean's Research Advisory Council (DRAC) since last month. It really seems that all members of this committee care about researchers and their needs and actively make them heard. As part of the initiatives that I just learned of, the committee requests input of the research faculty in CALES to get an idea what are the biggest downers to faculty morale and obstacles to faculty productivity now and in the future.

Unfortunately we don’t have a faculty meeting before to discuss altogether, but I will be able to report the outcome of the discussion in the next faculty meeting. I hope for lots of input from all of you to send as many voices as possible up the chain.
