[Plsfaculty] Question: Export of genetic material to Germany and UK

Hi all,

I need to exchange some seeds with the UK and Germany in offical ways. However, the US did not ratify the Nagoya protocol that normally regulates such exchanges and the rights on the genetic material.
Does anyone of you has some insights how such exchange is regulated or who to ask?
