If you are planning international travel before Jan. 6, 2025, please be sure to submit your international travel registration no later than Dec. 9, 2024.  The communication we received is below.

Please note that due to the winter closure, all official U of A international travel departing before Monday, January 6th, 2025 must be registered in the International <https://ua-risk.terradotta.com/> Travel Registry<https://ua-risk.terradotta.com/> by Monday, December 9th.


International Travel will review any travel registered after Monday, December 9th starting Thursday, January 2nd when University re-opens.

Please direct any questions about travel registration to the International Travel team at InternationalTravel at arizona.edu<mailto:InternationalTravel at arizona.edu>.

Should travelers abroad experience a critical (i.e. life-threatening) emergency over the closure, they should refer to the 24/7 numbers listed on the UArizona International website<https://international.arizona.edu/travel/international-emergency-support>.
