Thank you all for affording Marianna and me the opportunity to join you last week at your meeting to discuss the implementation of the CALES HR Client Services Request Page.

There are three options to choose from on this page:

Talent Recruitment Request<https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=BVXjXo7rKUmTfWRd9QEyiH3c7RqwLNdOnRioPUI6qk9UMEhDMVo5Q1VYTFM1MFFSTDFKNTBSOFlPSy4u>- This option should be used when needing to post positions to hire staff, postdoc, or faculty positions.

Employee Personnel Change Request<https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=BVXjXo7rKUmTfWRd9QEyiH3c7RqwLNdOnRioPUI6qk9UOElPUkMyMUxSSjhHWlo0VjBHN042QUJDUC4u>- The following requests can be made here:

  *   Building, room number or phonebook change
  *   DCC Request
  *   FTE Change
  *   Pay Rate Adjustment/Promotion requests
  *   Preferred Name or Education change
  *   Resignation/Retirement
  *   Supervisor/Time Approver change

Student Hiring/Handshake Posting<https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=BVXjXo7rKUmTfWRd9QEyiH3c7RqwLNdOnRioPUI6qk9UNVExTEgzVVVWU0JaNE9IQklGOUxDWTJGWS4u>- This option should be used for hiring student workers


If you do not see your needed request in these options, please email the CALES HR Client Services Team at: hr-clientsvcs-cales at arizona.edu<mailto:hr-clientsvcs-cales at arizona.edu> and an HR Client Services team member will get back to you.
As a reminder, there are automations associated with certain statuses, as well as required action for the business team to verify/confirm funding and accounts.  This will also not eliminate the need to communicate with the initiator of the request via email or Teams.  This is simply allowing us to track and follow the life of a request and balance workload.

We appreciate your assistance in helping us disseminate the information to your teams.  I am still working with Vanessa on getting this added to the Compass website.

I know this is also live on the SNRE Biz Request Form, so thank you Makayla for getting that up and running.
