Career Conversations are a powerful process for gathering essential feedback, mapping your career path and identifying opportunities to gain new skills.

Here's what to do:

  *   Learn why Career Conversations are important to your professional and personal growth and how these conversations can move you forward.
  *   Review the Career Conversations process<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e11791e76504cb27147e6ebde32462b4a60d3cc69579377e226fd01a0e1aab6e0cc04a5d1c7ab0c08351b1db0084ff17d01877dc6f27a478446fdd722315290> so you know what to do and expect.
  *   Reference the Deconstructed Career Conversations Form page<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e11791e76504cb28917e655663062f301c172e4a951607d08654d3535a359f734b72c39eed099b1391cdde5aa8ddb02c96969ce82bea85eb4b98b12d3f40424> to better understand the individual components.
Complete the Career Conversations process by June 30.
Work with your supervisor to complete the five-step Career Conversations process<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e11791e76504cb244a644f1766d012d31b8fd66a9f01a996ec8abfd4e13dae17b4aed75a19ad46e52605c3fbbd04b13451fd7eeb4c74022da04ac314c872421>. This includes filling out the form and meeting with your supervisor to discuss your goals and plans for the upcoming year and how they can help you attain them.

This will give you easy access to review and celebrate your progress with your supervisor throughout the year.
