I am pleased to let you know that this proposal/process has been approved. You can move forward.
Please work closely with the business managers to address any questions related to changes that may happen with transitions from 12 month to 9 month contracts, and also related to benefits. Please let me or Marilyn know if you have any questions. I understand that new offer letters will need to be part of this process to indicate the change.
