Hello All,

As of this morning, we have received 2 annual evaluations for Staff/Postdocs. Reminder, ALL staff evaluations are due March 31st (next week). Please see the email Amanda sent to all individual supervisors on February 19th. This individual email will list out all your employees, example email is below. Electronic signatures are allowed. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi -

It is that time of year again, Annual Evaluations! Please ensure to plan accordingly to complete an annual evaluation for the following employee(s) who report to you:


  *   Staff/Postdocs are required
  *   Students are optional and highly recommended


Complete the evaluation using the UA Career Conversations form (attached). If you need help, examples, or information on the Career Conversation method please see the UA Career Conversations Guide<https://hr.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/hr/forms/HR-Conversations/UACareerConversationGuide.pdf>.

Please note: All University Staff, Faculty, and Post Docs are required to have an annual evaluation completed, it is also highly recommended that an annual review be completed for student employees as well- they can use the same form (attached).  While this annual review is not a requirement for student employees, it is an opportunity to connect with the employee on their performance and prepare them for their future careers.  Finally, a separate communication will be sent out regarding graduate student evaluations. 😊

All evaluations are due by March 31, 2021. Please turn in the final signed evaluation to Erin Korte (copied) via email or into the School of Plant Sciences Business Office in Forbes 303. If you have any questions, please let us know.
