Hello all, I received several emails from faculty who downloaded erroneous data. For those faculty who had deadlines last week, I asked them to attach a note to the Student Course Surveys indicating that the data regarding the number of student reports received was inflated.

For those units whose deadlines haven’t passed, please make sure that your faculty receive this memo so they can download corrected data.

For those units whose deadlines have passed, you have the option of re-opening UA Vitae to allow for correction of the data (you can work with your Admin Assistants on how to do this). As far as I’m aware, correcting this data will not change the outcome of their course surveys, but will correct the reporting numbers.

ISSUE: It has come to our attention that some of the recently pulled Fall 2019 Combined Sections reports have incorrect data.

ACTION: If you pulled the Fall 2019 Combined Sections report between 1/27 and 1/30, the data might not be correct and we recommend you rerun the dashboards to obtain the most up-to-date results.

RESOLUTION: We have worked with the Office of Instruction & Assessment to refresh the data and the issue has been resolved going forward.
