March 29: Seminar @ 2:00-3:00pm
Koffler 216, "Adaptation to Climate, Genotype by Environment Interaction and Physiology"
McKay received his Ph.D. in 2001 at the University of Montana with Tom Mitchell-Olds in ecological genetics and is currently an Associate Professor at Colorado State University. He studies genome x environment interactions and functional trait genetics, especially plant responses to drought. He has 15 first/senior papers (out of 65 total papers), including three in PNAS, Proceedings of Royal Society, Nature Biotechnology.
