Here is the most update version of SPLS showcase slides. If you would like to include your slide(s), please send them to me by Tuesday Feb 25th.

If you have handouts that you would like to distribute at Ag Summit, please leave them in my mailbox at Forbes 303 with a quick email note to me so that I will pick them up.

Dear all,

This is my first draft for showcasing our programs in Yuma.  Thanks for those who sent me slides and presentations.

I developed many of the slides out of available materials found in our School and faculty websites.  If you find anything that you feel uncomfortable or want to change or update, please let me know.  Also if you do not see your own program included in this presentation, please send me your slide(s). I will be happy to include everyone's programs!  These will run automatically at a booth during the Ag Summit and possibly in future similar events.

In addition to the slide presentations, I would like to consider bringing handouts which can include more detailed information.  If you have a poster presentation, you can consider printing to fit in letter size which serves well for the showcase purpose.  If you can send me a PDF poster, I am happy to print and bring copies with me to Yuma.

Dear all SPLS faculty members,

I am developing a set of slides that showcase our School research programs for the the use in Yuma (during the Ag Summit).  These slides will be displayed at the booth during the trade show on Feb 26 and 27 and will be run in automatic advancing mode.

If you have a few slides that introduce your research programs, could you please send them to me?  I also welcome your slides out of extension and/or teaching programs.

If you are too busy and do not have time to develop new slides, please send me a copy of your recent research/extension presentation, from which I will try to extract key information to include in the School showcase presentation.  If you do not have slides, but a poster, you can send me the poster file in PDF or PPT also.  Slides will have to be in powerpoint or similar format so that I can put all together in one powerpoint presentation after necessary editing.

The showcase presentation that I will develop is likely to be used for other future occasions after Yuma event. Therefore my goal is to develop something high quality with lots of visuals (picture etc).

Anyway, please send me slides (or a presentation or a poster file) of your program by end of this week (Feb 7).
