[Plsfaculty] TCE forms for Spring 14 semester

Dear Faculty,

I have ordered TCE forms for your courses as follows:

Courses with a single instructor-  In person lectures         Paper forms - long version (unless you specifically requested online forms)
                                                                                                                Online courses get online forms- long version
Labs                                                                                                       Paper forms-lab version for all instructors and TA's


Courses with multiple instructors                                             Team form 535 ( general questions about course plus two questions at the end specific to each instructor)
                                                                                                                If you wish to have separate forms for each instructor let me know.

All TCE results for  Fall 13 are completed and should be up at tce.arizona.edu for viewing. Comment cards have been put in mailboxes this morning.

Please let me know if you have any questions or want different forms ordered for your courses.
