7 FY 2012-2013 SABBATICAL REQUESTS DUE 11/14/11

Applications for sabbatical leave for 2012-2013 are due to the Associate Dean's Office by Monday, November 14, 2011.  Note that Extension faculty have an earlier deadline (October 1 to CEDs and November 1 to Kirk Astroth).  All applications must be reviewed by CALS Sabbatical Leave Committee and approved by the Dean.  

Instructions and forms can be accessed from the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs web page. Please submit an original and three copies of the application and all required materials to Forbes 201.  The letter of support from the unit head must address how teaching or other major responsibilities will be covered.
