Subject: 3 Day Proposal Deadline Reminder

 

Over the last 2 days, Sponsored Projects has had a high volume of proposals
that were to be submitted electronically through Fastlane.  Out of the 12
proposals that were submitted on Monday, 10 proposals did not follow the 3
day proposal deadline.  On Tuesday, a proposal was submitted with only 10
minutes remaining on the deadline.

 

Just a reminder, all proposals must be completed 3 business days prior to
the proposal deadline.  SPS does not grant permission or waivers of the 3
day proposal deadline.  If your circumstances mean that you won't meet the
deadline, please let us know the proposal is coming, but you still assume
the risk of your proposal not being submitted prior to the deadline. 

 

The Proposal Routing Sheet must be signed by SPS 3 days prior to the
deadline.  The electronic submission must be completed 3 days prior to the
deadline for a guaranteed submission.
