Out of the 12 proposals that were submitted on Monday, 10 proposals did not follow the 3 day proposal deadline. On Tuesday, a proposal was submitted with only 10 minutes remaining on the deadline.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Just a reminder, all proposals must be completed 3 business days prior to the proposal deadline.
