Innovation Day at the UA
March 29, 2011
UA Student Union Memorial Center

Innovation Day at the UA celebrates technology development and
commercialization at the University of Arizona through the research
achievements of students, staff and faculty. This exciting all-day event
will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at the Student Union Memorial
Center. Please hold the date on your calendar.

We are now soliciting faculty and student nominations for several awards:
Technology Innovation Award, Student Technology Innovation Award and UA at
the Leading Edge.   

Technology Innovation Award
The Technology Innovation Award recognizes innovative achievements in
commercializing new technologies. Awardees should have demonstrated success
in bringing new technologies to the marketplace. Deadline for submissions:
December 17, 2010. For the full nomination procedure, please go to:

Student Technology Innovation Award
The Student Technology Innovation Award recognizes University of Arizona
students who have excelled in a technology related internship, independent
study, or research position that leads to the development and/or
commercialization of a new technology.
