Pillars of Excellence Nominees

 

The Honors College is partnering again with the UA Bookstore to feature
outstanding undergraduates at the Pillars of Excellence ceremony.  We seek
your assistance in identifying Honors students (particularly seniors and
juniors) who have done one or more of the following: 

 

*	won national and international honors 
*	excelled in the arts and creativity 
*	become leaders in community service 
*	successfully combined athletic and intellectual endeavors 
*	made significant contributions to research and scholarly activity  

 

Please send names, contact information and a brief description of students
you would like to nominate to Dr. Karna Walter by Wednesday, December 1,
2010.  She also is the best person to contact with questions.  Her contact
information: karna at email.arizona.edu, or 621.6546.

 

At least ten students will be honored again this year.  The ceremony will be
on February 24, 2011, in the UA Bookstore.
