Hello,

Just a reminder to everyone.  The month of June is extremely busy for us
with many heavy deadlines.

In order to guarantee submission of your application on time, we must
receive the fully signed Proposal Routing Package and either have the
application to be submitted or access to the application 3 full business
days before the due date.  

Do not call to ask if we will accept the proposal on the due date.  We will
not grant exceptions to the 3 day policy.  We will not guarantee submission
or signatures on anything received within the 3 day period prior to the due
date.

If you decide to turn in your proposal on the day it is due, we cannot
promise or guarantee that it will be submitted on  time.  The risk is yours
to accept. 

We submit all proposals on a first come basis.  The proposals observing the
3 day deadline will be submitted first.  All others with be submitted based
on the time that we received the packages or access to the system.  No
exceptions!  

If you have an application that is due June 7, 2010.  We must have your
application no later than 8 am on June 3, 2010.  If you submit the proposal
to us  after 8 am on June 3, you will accept the risk of the proposal not
being submitted.

Our goal is to have all of the June 7 applications submitted by Friday, June
4, 2010.  This will leave the actual due date to clear up any transmission
issues.
