[Plsfaculty] Bryan Wang

Bryan Wang will be returning to Tucson for a second visit this weekend
through Monday. I will pick him up at the airport 1:00 on Sat and show him
the computational office space and likely show him some of Tucson. John
Laurie, a postdoc in Brian's lab who has been communicating with Bryan, will
entertain him on Sunday. His schedule is wide open on Monday except
Donna-Rae will organize some time for him with HR. We would really like to
recruit Bryan as a full-time computational biologist and what I hope faculty
will do is convince him that this is a great place to do collaborations that
will get him the kind of grants that will allow him to grow his
computational group. Can you please advise me if you have an interest in
spending a bit more time with Bryan on Monday or for dinner on Sat or Mon
evenings. Also, if you would like to spend some time with him on the
weekend, please advise. Thanks, ken
