[Plsfaculty] Rachael Mattull leaving

Hi Everyone - 
Most of you know that Rachael Mattull is leaving Plant Sciences after 7
years in the Office of Student Records.  Her last day is Thursday this week.
 
Although she started in the front office as the "front desk" person in 2002,
we quickly realized that she had excellent organizing and people skills.
Since 2003, she has moved from an Office Specialist to a Program Coordinator
position, and most of you know how much she coordinated for this department.
I hope that you will take some time to stop in and wish her well in her new
position with Insect Sciences/ARL/Entomology. 
 
AND - please have patience with us as we bumble along without her.
Hopefully, a new person will be hired in the next month or so.
Nonetheless, as you all know, she was invaluable on a daily basis, with a
huge institutional memory and resources that we can only guess at.  
 
For graduate student questions, you should contact Dennis Ray.  For
undergrad questions, or class scheduling things, please contact me.
 
Again, please let her know that you have appreciated her work here.  She
will be sorely missed.
