Subject:  Seeking GTWY Destination Vector

 

Dear All,

 

I am writing to ask whether you have, and are willing a small aliquot, of
the GTWY Destination vector pcDNA-DEST47 (used for adding GFP to the
C-terminus of proteins by the LR reaction).  We have GTWY Destination
vectors to make N- and C- terminal fusions for the V5 epitope, TagRFP(S158T)
(a bright monomeric Red Fluorescent Protein), and NubG (for split-ubiquitin
yeast two-hybrid studies) if you are interested.  Please respond to
