Dear colleagues,
Next week's Tuesday seminar will be given by Dr. Leah Cowen, Department of
Molecular Genetics, University of Toronto. Dr. Cowen will present her work
on "Cellular Stress, Signaling and Evolution: Hsp90's Role in Fungal Drug
Resistance," and she will be on campus all day on Tuesday (March 31).
If you are interested in meeting with Dr. Cowen, please email Betsy Arnold
(arnold at ag.arizona.edu) with your preferred times (if possible, please rank
them according to preference).
8:30 - 9:15 AM
9:15 - 10:30 AM
10:30 - 11:15 AM
11:15 - 12:00 noon
1:30 - 2:15 PM
2:15 - 3:00 PM
3:00 - 3:45 PM
Short meetings also are available (in Forbes or Marley, if possible) from
1:15-1:30pm (very short!) and 5-5:30pm.
Dr. Cowen has published widely in Science, PNAS, Genetics, Eukaryotic Cell,
the Journal of Bacteriology, the Journal of Clinical Microbiology, etc. You
