Good morning,
This is a reminder to complete your timesheet for the pay period of 3/16/2026 to 3/29/2026
Non-exempt (hourly): Timesheets for non-exempt (hourly) employees who do not work on the weekends should be completed no later than 10:00 AM on 3/27/2026before the pay period ends. Non-exempt employees who work on the weekends should submit a completed timesheet for approval by 11:59 PM on 3/29/2026 as the pay period ends.
Exempt (salaried): If you are an exempt employee (salaried) and have no time exceptions to report (vacation, sick, etc.) for this period, you do not need to complete a timesheet. If you do have exceptions to report, complete your timesheet by 10:00 AM on 3/27/2026 before the pay period ends.
SUPERVISORS, please verify that all of your employees have reported time and time has been approved. If the time is not approved by 05:00 PM on 3/27/2026, positive pay employees will not receive payment.
If you have already completed your timesheet, please disregard this message.
To complete your timesheet:
1. Visit the UAccess homepage<https://uaccess.arizona.edu/>.
2. Choose the Employee/Manager Self Service option and log in using your NetID and password.
3. Ensure that you are on the UA Employee Main Homepage. If not, choose it from the drop-down at the top left of the page.
4. Select the Time tile.
5. Select the Enter Time tile.
6. Enter your hours for both weeks of the pay period.
7. Click Submit.
Verify that all time and the time reporting code(s) are accurate before submitting for both weeks of the pay period.
Please be advised that the Payroll Office will not process an off-cycle payment if an employee did not enter and submit their time by the deadline.
