Good morning,
This is a friendly reminder that Monday, is a Memorial Day holiday. Please complete your timesheet for the pay period of 05/12/2025 to 05/25/2025.
Summer Supp Comp Starts May 26th hours will need to be entered by employees and Supervisors will need to approve starting with the next pay period.
With the upcoming Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 26, 2025, here's a few things you need to know:
* The Memorial Day holiday time was populated on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, to all active and eligible employee's timesheets in UAccess Employee.
* Review your timesheets to confirm that the holiday time has been added correctly.
* Employees not taking holiday time should remove these hours from their timesheets. An exception employee who should not be paid for holiday time must add unpaid leave to their timesheet.
* Time Approvers and Coordinators: timesheets must be approved by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 23 for the pay period ending on Sunday, May 25th to guarantee that employees will be paid on the pay date of Friday, May 30, 2025. Please review the employee's timesheet to avoid them receiving an incorrect paycheck.
Non-exempt (hourly): Timesheets for non-exempt (hourly) employees who do not work on the weekends should be completed no later than 10:00 a.m. on the Friday before the pay period ends. Non-exempt employees who work on the weekends should submit a completed timesheet for approval by 11:59 p.m. on the Sunday the pay period ends.
Exempt (salaried): If you are an exempt employee (salaried) and have no time exceptions to report (vacation, sick, etc.) for this period, you do not need to complete a timesheet. If you do have exceptions to report, complete your timesheet by 10:00 a.m. on the Friday before the pay period ends.
If you have already completed your timesheet, please disregard this message.
To complete your timesheet:
1. Visit the UAccess homepage<https://uaccess.arizona.edu/>.
2. Choose the Employee/Manager Self Service option and log in using your NetID and password.
3. Ensure that you are on the UA Employee Main Homepage. If not, choose it from the drop-down at the top left of the page.
4. Select the Time tile.
5. Select the Enter Time tile.
6. Enter your hours for both weeks of the pay period.
7. Click Submit.
Verify that all time and the time reporting code(s) are accurate before submitting for both weeks of the pay period.
Please be advised that the Payroll Office will not process an off-cycle payment if an employee did not enter and submit their time by the deadline.
