<li class="MsoNormal" style="color:red;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif">The Memorial Day holiday time was populated on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, to all active and eligible employee’s timesheets in
UAccess Employee. <o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:red;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif">Review your timesheets to confirm that the holiday time has been added correctly.
<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:red;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif">Employees not taking holiday time should remove these hours from their timesheets. An exception employee who should not be
paid for holiday time must add <u>unpaid leave</u> to their timesheet. <o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:red;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif">Time Approvers and Coordinators:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif"> timesheets
must be approved by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 23 for the pay period ending on Sunday, May 25<sup>th</sup> to

Timesheets for non-exempt (hourly) employees who do not work on the weekends should be completed no later than
<b>10:00 a.m. on the Friday before the pay period ends. </b>Non-exempt employees who work on the weekends should submit a completed timesheet for approval by
<b>11:59 p.m. on the Sunday the pay period ends</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
