Good morning,
This is a friendly reminder to complete your timesheet for the pay period of 06/23/2025 to 07/06/2025.
Because the Fourth of July holiday falls on a Friday, Time reporting deadline will be Thursday, July 3rd.
Please submit and approve timesheets in UAccess by Thursday, July 3rd, for the pay period of June 23-July 6 to ensure employees receive timely and accurate pay on Friday, July 11.
Non-exempt (hourly): Timesheets for non-exempt (hourly) employees should be completed no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 07/03/2025 due to the July 4th Holiday payroll processing schedule.
Exempt (salaried): If you are an exempt employee (salaried) and have no time exceptions to report (vacation, sick, etc.) for this period, you do not need to complete a timesheet. If you do have exceptions to report, complete your timesheet by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 07/03/2025 due to the July 4th Holiday payroll processing schedule.

To complete your timesheet:
1. Visit the UAccess homepage<https://uaccess.arizona.edu/>.
2. Choose the Employee/Manager Self Service option and log in using your NetID and password.
3. Ensure that you are on the UA Employee Main Homepage. If not, choose it from the drop-down at the top left of the page.
4. Select the Time tile.
5. Select the Enter Time tile.
6. Enter your hours for both weeks of the pay period.
7. Click Submit.
Verify that all time and the time reporting code(s) are accurate before submitting for both weeks of the pay period.
Please be advised that the Payroll Office will not process an off-cycle payment if an employee did not enter and submit their time by the deadline.

Holiday Time Reporting Actions
* Payroll added the holiday time for the Fourth of July to the timesheets of all active and eligible employees in UAccess Employee on Friday, June 20, 2025.
* Please ask employees, both exempt (salary) and non-exempt (hourly)<https://hr.arizona.edu/compensation/compensation-overview/salary-vs-hourly>, to confirm that the correct holiday time reporting code is shown on their timesheet for Friday, July 4.
* If the holiday time is not showing or is incorrect, please ask employees to manually add the correct amount of time with the corresponding holiday time reporting code<https://finance.arizona.edu/payroll/departments/trc#:~:text=Limited:$:20Use:$:20Code-,HLE,Policy,-HUPE> to their timesheet. You must approve the updated timesheet submitted by the employee.
* If you have an employee on continuous paid or unpaid leave of absence, you must review the time reporting code entered for the holiday, and update it as needed based on codes provided by your Human Resources leave advisor in the employee's leave approval email.
