[Plantsci] EFFECIVE IMMEDIATELY FOR ALL PURCHASES OVER $50,000.00

Good morning,

Effective immediately all purchases over $50,000.00 require the attached form to be completed and submitted with all other relevant documentation.  This form is required by the Financial Services Office and is part of President Robbins Financial Action Plan.  This form may be updated and if it is, I will send out the revised form.  Please note that currently this form is to be used through June 30, 2024.
