Hello,

The State of Arizona has changed the Meal and Lodging Per Diem Rates effective as of 01/08/2024.  The Financial Services Travel Office has updated the information on the FSO Travel page but here is the direct link to the State of Arizona Accounting Manual which contains many specifics on allowable travel reimbursement amounts.    https://gao.az.gov/sites/default/files/2024-01/5095%20Reimbursement%20Rates%20%20240108.pdf.

The mileage rate was also changed to 65.5 cents per mile!

Happy Tuesday! Just wanted to inform you that there have been a couple of updates to the UA Travel Policies

Meal Reimbursement Per Diem Rates has been updated on 01/08/2024 per changes to the State of Arizona Accounting Manual.

Mileage reimbursement rates updated per the State of Arizona Accounting Manual, effective 1/9/2024: The new mileage rate is 65.5 cents per mile.
