Hello,



The University is transferring it’s credit card bank (PCard Program) from JP Morgan Chase to Bank of America.



The Financial Services Accounts Payable team has ordered new PCards. Cardholders will receive an email from Bank of America Global Access to create an account. Start the Global registration so that it will activate PCards when they arrive. (See attached sample, do not share the email from Bank of America Global access that contains usernames).  The SPLS Business Office will contact cardholders when the new PCards arrive in the next 7 to 10 business days.



Current J.P. Morgan Chase PCard will remain active until February 12, 2024, and will need to be destroyed after the Bank of America PCard is received.



Global Card Access provides you with access to the full suite of useful card management functionality, including:

- Balance Information

- Statements and Payments

- Alerts (US and Canada only)

- PIN Check

- PIN Change (US and Canada only)

- Lock Card

- Reporting
