I hope your week is going well.

When you no longer need to rent a greenhouse (6th Street Garage or at Allen/Roger), please fill out the attached form before moving out and email it to abaez at arizona.edu<mailto:abaez at arizona.edu> and saes-businessoffice at email.arizona.edu<mailto:saes-businessoffice at email.arizona.edu>.  We hope to use an online form in the future, but for the time being, please use the attached fillable PDF form.
