[Plantsci] Updates to Face Covering Requirements

Hello everyone-

I have not yet seen a formal announcement from campus or central administration, but have seen an update to the face covering requirements, while on campus.

Surgical or higher-grade face masks will now be required on campus (KN95, KF94 and N99):

  *   ALL indoor spaces where adequate and continuous social distancing can NOT be maintained
  *   Any building/facility where patients or human research subjects are seen in person
  *   All locations where PPE have always been required to maintain safety protocols or high hazard areas
  *   Cat Tran

NOTE: cloth masks no longer meet the face covering requirement alone, but may be paired with a surgical mask.

I have been advised that FM has about 10,000 KN95 masks, but it does require you schedule to be fitted-  I am looking into this in more detail and will send out another announcement with additional info as soon as possible.
