Dear Creative Cloud Account Holder,

Effective May 21, 2021, there is a new process to request Adobe Creative Cloud software at the University of Arizona. You will now be able to visit a self-service web portal and request access to an Adobe license for:

  * 2 months (to use for short-term projects)
  *   6 months (for a semester)
  * 12 months (if you use Creative Cloud regularly)

UITS will also be adding expiration dates to current Creative Cloud licenses, although you will be able to request or renew a license whenever you need to use Creative Cloud software.

REQUESTS / RENEWALS

  * Visit https://selfservice.adobe.arizona.edu/products<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=51def4a518713da4ba2f944cdd0de5bba71c641f036b4f36e2429991d03ce0338d18edadcee21963d0a87a0dd3c5a5ca4223a23dd38f21aa> and log in.
  * Scroll down to Creative Cloud and click the blue button for the term of license you want.
     * If you currently have a license, the buttons will read Renew.
     * If your license is lapsed, the buttons will read Request.
     * The first time you use the portal you will fill out a short survey.

If you are registered for any classes, you will automatically be routed to the 12-month student license.

EXPIRATIONS

You are encouraged to renew your license if you still use Creative Cloud software.

You will receive reminders from the system at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before your expiration to renew if you need to continue using Adobe.

  * Go to https://selfservice.adobe.arizona.edu/products<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=51def4a518713da4ba2f944cdd0de5bba71c641f036b4f36e2429991d03ce0338d18edadcee21963d0a87a0dd3c5a5ca4223a23dd38f21aa> to renew your license.
  * You may let your license expire and request a new one at any time.
     * If you had projects or content stored in Creative Cloud, you will regain access to them with your new license.
