* Once you have received your second/final dose, upload your vaccine document<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e174e89785f08cc53d4591b8e6373972b335cbe38fbb7c6e3bf326d6145eb1ece541be1aaa92f7fbe1d24fd145bc2546e8402e10d98f7609e3586c2af5dad7b> to the secure, HIPAA-compliant Campus Health system.

This green VX icon indicates that you are exempt from mandatory testing for the Spring 2021 semester.
* You must adhere to mandatory testing requirements until the green VX icon displays on your Wildcat OneStop<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e174e89785f08cc3885bc9293aa1f5588aac846fba5517f54f33b019ac0d7dd7429403b4efe13ba9bd70f70a81b1d12e7650180b2bf3d4349a354933cec3d4b> page.
Note: If you received both doses of your vaccine at Campus Health, you do not need to provide this documentation.
In clinical studies, the COVID-19 vaccines have been shown to reduce the risk of symptomatic infections by 90-98% in vaccinated individuals, compared with unvaccinated individuals. Based on these numbers, some risk for infection does remain. Given the very high community transmission rates in Pima County and Arizona and the possibility of encountering coronavirus variants, you should remain cautious and continue to wear a mask, maintain physical distancing, and wash your hands frequently.
You are always welcome to test on campus after your exemption, and if you believe you were exposed to COVID-19, we encourage you to get tested at any of the University testing sites<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e174e89785f08cc4997cde8aa1cc041a642dae3d070ec31fd712ee81252980153b2ff21b4b153002f2dc24a4727bf66f13e15ccd70ab6ed409a6ef7ade33c81>. If you experience COVID-19 symptoms, please contact Campus Health<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=8e174e89785f08cc0ac6fdbc7870129e3cdf05a2854c66a4da37f0b61c6d865533b829b85d704e13e1955aa1b4703e97d5120d1c3b94150310150ed48ef69e59> or your health care provider.
