Hello All Benefits Eligible Employees:

Open Enrollment for Benefits will be from October 19th through November 6th. This year you are required to take action and re-enroll during open enrollment. Please ensure you are going into UAccess Employee to confirm or change your medical, dental, vision, and other benefits by the deadline.

Some resources and information:

  *   There are significant changes to our medical plans (EPO/PPO have combined into one health plan) and medical providers have been dropped (only Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health Care) remain. https://hr.arizona.edu/open-enrollment/2021-Medical-Plan-Changes

     *   There will be two options on Monday, October 19th at 9am and 3pm

Overview of Benefits Changes in 2021

  *   The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA)* has made changes to the medical plans for 2021, including a new Triple Choice Plan option. Premiums, deductibles, and insurance carriers will also change.

  *   A grace period has been added for the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2021.

  *   The Healthcare FSA contribution limit is increasing to $2,750.

  *   There will be a decrease in vision premiums and an increased LASIK surgery benefit.
