This is a reminder of the SPLS Seminar Series TODAY from 4pm - 4:50pm, titled: Moving from Conversations to Cultural Shifts.

In an effort to better prepare our audience for this interactive learning community I have included two readings that our facilitator would like you to consider reading prior to the event. Topic: Join the SPLS department for a workshop on moving from Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) conversations to a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Access (DEIA) across our collective actions, policies, and procedures. This is an introduction that we will build on.
