[downtime] [unplanned service interruption] NetID+ Phone Call Authentication Method Failure on Monday, November 5th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.

Overview: NetID+ Phone calls arrive after a large delay causing a timeout in service.

Service Affected:  NetID+, phone-authentication method.

Date and Time: Monday, November 5th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.

Impact to Campus: Users are unable to log in using the NetID+ phone-authentication method. Other authentication methods (ie: codes, texts, bypass-codes) are still functioning.

Planned Operation:  Our DUO service provider is aware of the issue and is working to restore service functionality.
