</span></strong>NetID+ Phone calls arrive after a large delay causing a timeout in service.<br>

<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Service Affected:</span></strong>  NetID+, phone-authentication method.<br>

<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Date and Time:</span></strong> Monday, November 5th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.<br>

<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Impact to Campus:</span></strong> Users are unable to log in using the NetID+ phone-authentication method. Other authentication methods (ie: codes, texts, bypass-codes) are still functioning.<br>
