Dear all,
The graduate student invited seminar speaker for this term is Dr. Themis J Michailides, Plant Pathologist, University of California at Davis.
His primary research focus is the ecology, epidemiology and control of fungal diseases of fruit and nut crops and vines, postharvest diseases, aflatoxin and mycotoxins of nut crops and figs. More information can be found at http://kare.ucanr.edu/programs/Plant_Pathology/?
He is on campus on Tuesday, 28th March, 2017. There are several time slots available for faculty, postdocs and students to interact with him. I am still waiting on a seminar title from him.
Please find the draft itinerary attached and feel free to fill the spots to have a meeting time with Dr. Michailides.
We will try to have graduate student lunch from 12-1pm.
Thank you
Best
