[unplanned service interruption] [ALL CLEAR] Campus Network and Resources Were Unavailable on Thursday, July 14th, 2016
ALL CLEAR: Systems are now back up and running.

Overview: Campus network and resources were unavailable.
Services Affected: Email, D2L, VPN, UAccess, and campus network connections
Date and Time: Thursday, July 14th, 2016 from 8:15 p.m. until 9:50 p.m.
Impact To Campus: Multiple campus services were unavailable. Users on campus were unable to connect to the internet using either wired or wireless connections. During the outage users were unable to reach the 24/7 IT Support Center by phone, chat, or email.
Planned Operation: UITS replaced a 10gb card on one of the main datacenter switches to restore service.
