[Plantsci] Conference room electronic signup

Hi Everyone,

CALS administration had indicated that we need to put the Marley 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 8th floor conference rooms on an electronic reservation system and remove the paper signup sheets outside each conference room.  Karen and I have written instructions for signing up (attached).  It is our goal to switch over to the new system by the end of next week.  We will post notices outside each conference room with instructions for reserving the rooms.
