NOTE:          Roof top exhaust fans will be down all day.

TIME:
4:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:
Facilities Management will be performing preventative maintenance on air handlers and exhaust fans.  Air handlers will be shut off one at a time for servicing.  Roof exhaust fans will all be off  the entire time during the scheduled hours.
*Note:  All chemicals in hoods must be capped or removed prior.

The morning of the shutdown, each fume hood will have a placard placed on the front.  Fume hoods cannot be used during the shutdown, and they will be checked to assure all chemicals are capped or removed.
