Re: UAWiFi wireless certificate change
University Information Technology Services (UITS) is updating the way you
connect to UAWiFi to accommodate newer and better certificate authorization.
UITS will update the certificate on September 30, 2012.
What does this mean to you?
Devices you previously used to connect to UAWiFi will stop connecting at
that time.
To prevent an interruption in service, you may update your wireless
configuration on your phones, tablets, and computers any time between now
and before the certificate change on September 30.
Instructions for updating your wireless configuration are available at
<http://uits.arizona.edu/uawifi> http://uits.arizona.edu/uawifi. The new
configuration will work with current certificates as well, so don't
procrastinate!
Whether you re-connect to UAWiFi now or after the certificate change, you
will see a prompt to accept a certificate from either:
* sawfish.catnet.arizona.edu, or
* guitarfish.catnet.arizona.edu
These are the UITS Wireless Authentication servers, and you should accept
them.
If you need any assistance updating the wireless configuration on your
computer or mobile devices, contact the 24/7 IT Support Center:

* Martin Luther King bldg. room 207
