[Plantsci] Very Important Information regarding Timesheets for the Payroll Period

Hello All,

 

Due to the truncated payroll processing week because of the Memorial Day
Holiday.   All timesheets for May 14, 2012 through May 27, 2012 are due
(which means fully completed via UAccess Employee Timesheet) no later than 5
p.m. Wednesday May 23,2012.   The approval spreadsheets will be sent to the
various supervisors by Noon on Thursday May 24, 2012.  Your approval is due
back by 5 p.m. Thursday May 24, 2012.  If you will not be available to
approve the timesheets, please let the Admin Staff member who normally does
your payroll who will be approving on your behalf.  We need this information
today.
