[Plantsci] Karen Schumaker to be Interim School of Plant Science Director

I want to let you know that I have selected Professor Karen Schumaker as the
interim School of Plant Science School Director. She will assume this role
on July 2. My intention is to search for a new school director as soon as
practicable. I am very happy to meet with you all if you have any questions.
