[Plantsci] Important Reminder: Payroll Processing Calendar and Schedule for the next two months

Happy New Year to All!

 

A reminder that your timesheets for Payroll Period December 26, 2011 to
January 8, 2012 are to be completed and submit via the UAccess System no
later than Noon on Thursday January 5, 2012.  Please inform all of your
staff and colleagues of this deadline.  Also, remember that this pay period
has holidays and the University Closure, as noted in my previous email
please work with your supervisor on the hours you are to claim for this pay
period.

 

 

 

Pay Period:   December 26, 2011 to January 8, 2012

 

.         Timesheets (Completed and fully submitted) are due by Noon on
Thursday January 5, 2012.

.         Admin Staff will submit the time worksheets to supervisors by 5
p.m. Thursday January 5, 2012.

.         Approvals from Supervisors are due back to the Admin Staff (plus a
copy to me on the email) by Noon on Friday January 6, 2012.

.         Pay Day - Friday January 13, 2012.

.         Please note this pay period does have three holidays (December
26,27 and January 2) as well as three days of the University Closure
(December 28, 29, 30)  This needs to be discussed with your staff and what
type of hours they will be taking during the Closure)
